Attendance can be entered as a headcount based on Team Type

The growth and flexibility of Scores coaching and programs sometimes allows for students to "drop in" anonymously during school hours.
In these situations, Coaches will track participation by counting students and entering these numbers in a Session view in the App.

System Requirements:
* The Team record has a Program Type attribute and (pending) a binary field: Uses_Headcount
* The Program Type should be displayed in the Session view if the value of Headcount_Attendance is TRUE/1
* Instead of a roster and attendance views, the coach can enter the value for Headcount and Female_Headcount in the Session View directly (fields are numeric and not normally displayed in the Session View)
* Coach can edit these values later, if needed

UX Notes:
- The Session is displayed along with the Program Type (instead of Session Type)
- Edit Session allows for changes of the date and Deleting the Session
