Despite being turned on, the watcher doesn't work

Brayo has tested it on a VM and it doesn't work for him either on Tauri. For him, it doesn't even show up in raw data and no bucket is created. However, "it's working with the python server in aw-qt. In my case, for aw-qt, I have the same issue as he has for Tauri. On the other hand, for Tauri,

it does show up in raw data. It just can't be seen on the timeline. A visualization gives a 404: Not Found Error.
