- [ ] Internal knowledge assistant / RAG for documentation
- [ ] Drafting support (text generation) for internal content
- [ ] Data analysis support on internal logs / metrics
- [ ] Creating searchable video archive for BOD Datadeling
- [ ] For each use case:
- [ ] Map the user, problem and expected outcome
- [ ] Discuss data classes and tools with AI Expert
- [ ] Fill in the “AI use case & data classification” checklist as an example
- [ ] Place these examples under `/examples/use-case-checklists/`.

### Definition of Done

- [ ] At least 3 filled-in example checklists exist in the repo.
- [ ] Examples cover both low-risk and higher-risk data situations.
- [ ] These examples can be reused directly in communication and training.
