Description

## Description
Build the learning and onboarding experience for all user groups — recommended learning paths by role (developer, product owner, agile coach), getting-started guides, and documentation on supported AI subscriptions. This is the primary entry point for new team members and for teams beginning their AI adoption journey.

## Business Goal
Any Digdir/BOD employee — regardless of technical background — can find a clear, role-appropriate starting point for AI adoption. KITT stops spending capacity answering the same onboarding questions repeatedly.

## Acceptance Criteria
- Learning paths published for at least: developers, product owners, agile coaches
- Getting-started guide for new employees is live
- Supported AI subscriptions (GitHub Copilot, Claude Teams seats) are documented with how to access them
- Links to adjacent platforms (sandbox, observability, AI Security Sentinel) are in place
- Content is structured so KITT can update it without developer involvement

## Dependencies
- Epic 1 (Foundation) must be complete
- Epic 2 (Tools Catalogue) for subscription content
- Content sign-off from KITT

## Child Issues
- None yet — new area
