Epic 3 — Content, News & Editorial

## Description
Give KI Hub V2 a living editorial voice — a news feed, calendar of events, and a continuous update rhythm covering the AI field, internal Digdir projects, and KITT's own work. Includes integration with Digdir's existing CMS where feasible, and the new UI components needed to surface dynamic content.

## Business Goal
KI Hub V2 becomes a channel people return to, not just a reference they visit once. Teams stay informed on what is happening in AI without relying on Slack or individual KITT contacts.

## Acceptance Criteria
- News feed component is live and populated (#36)
- Calendar/events component is live (#36)
- CMS integration evaluated and implemented if viable (#37)
- KITT team information and contact point is published and current
- Editorial update cadence is defined and operationally sustainable

## Dependencies
- Epic 1 (Foundation) must be complete
- CMS access and API availability (risk: #37 may be skipped if CMS is not accessible)

- #36 Add new components (news feed, calendar and others)
- #37 Integrate with existing DigDir CMS if possible
