Pilot the shared pipeline with one cross-functional team and evaluate outcomes

## Description

Run the pipeline designed in the pipeline-design issue on a real delivery with at least one cross-functional team, and evaluate it against agreed qualitative and quantitative measures.

## Business Goal

Validates the pipeline works in practice before wider rollout, and produces evidence — not assumptions — for the effect of standardizing agentic-AI use.

## Acceptance Criteria

- Success measures agreed before the pilot starts (e.g. quality, lead time, operational stability).
- Pilot completed on at least one real delivery.
- Results evaluated against the agreed measures and documented, including what should change before wider rollout.
