Map current agentic-AI usage and practices across BOD teams

## Description

Before designing a shared pipeline, document what teams across BOD are actually doing today with agentic AI — tools, workflows, degree of integration, and where practices diverge.

## Business Goal

A shared pipeline designed without this input will miss real constraints and existing good practices, and will be harder to get teams to adopt.

## Acceptance Criteria

- Interviews/surveys completed with a representative set of BOD teams.
- Findings documented: tools in use, workflow patterns, integration maturity, and the most significant variations between teams.
- Findings shared with stakeholders from product/business, design, development, and operations.
