Knappen "nytt skjema" i innboksen i AT23 ser ut til å være relativ (onclick="location.href = '/no/infoportalapi/schemas/') men redirecter allikevel til skjemaoversikten i TT02.
### Steps To Reproduce
1. Logger inn i at23.altinn.cloud
2. Går til innboks
3. Klikker på "nytt skjema"
4. Havner da i skjemakatalogen i TT02
