Koble en Altinn 3 innsendingstjeneste/skjema mot Dialogporten

## Beskrivelse

Altinn 3 tjenester skal automatisk kobles mot Dialogporten og vises i Brukerflaten. Denne automatiske koblingen vil være på et minimumsnivå og i praksis fungere som dagens Altinn 2 innboks.

I tillegg skal det være mulig å knytte dialoger sammen ved hjelp av en korrelasjons id. I Konkursbo vil denne korrelasjons id'en være organisasjonsnummeret til konkursboet.
