Description

## Introduction
Since we have started to solve this issue with the introduction of #95. The app-owner can now opt-in to let the user choose if they want to expand the width of the form. This is only the first step in solving this issue. Im guessing we will get feedback on more needs concerning this and other aspects that we need to document. We should document the needs here and start planning the next way forward with the expand functionality or if there are other aspects we should focus on.

### Possible changes:
* Smaller UI-components
* Desktop optimized view

### Challenges
* Still needs to be functional on smaller screens
* Must be WCAG

## In scope
Concept and prototype

## Out of scope

Research direction

Start by reviewing issue #95 and the existing expand functionality in the app-frontend-react project. Define a concept and prototype for forms with many data fields, covering smaller screens and WCAG accessibility. Done means the needs and proposed direction are documented in a prototype; development is explicitly out of scope.
