Description

### Description

For pages with lots of `yes/no` questions, it would be nice if we could save some screen real estate and push the labels to one side.

### Additional Information

I tried to implement this in https://github.com/Altinn/app-frontend-react/pull/212, but a merge conflict caused the work to have to be redone.

Research direction

Start by locating the labelGrid and radioButtons components in app-frontend-react, then review the earlier implementation attempt in pull request #212 and its merge-conflict context. The change is done when yes/no radio-button questions can render with labels positioned to one side and the existing labelGrid behavior remains usable.
