Description
It doesn't seem like we have a summary component for displaying a confirmed signature in a form. Examples from DIBK show that we would need something to show in a PDF and possible have an alternative for summary.

Such a component should include:
- Full name of signee
- Time and date
- Method of signing
- Reference code
