Oppførsel kan gjenskapes både i TT02 og i PROD
Logg inn" vises i infoportal selv om brukeren er logget inn med e-post
### Steps To Reproduce
vises "Logg inn" som ikke fungerer
Går man til innboks eller tilgangstyring via menyen eller fra hovedsiden, så kommer man til innlogget epost bruker
