First steps

- Fork the repository and make your change on a branch.
- Open a pull request that references the issue number.

Start with the three linked front-end handbook pages for React, Redux, and the general front-end guide, then inspect nearby pages for related outdated guidance. Compare their content with the v4 contribution process and update the documentation so it accurately describes contributing to app-frontend in v4.
