Description
Q: What happens when my credits run out?
A: When the credits are exhausted, the VM returns to the baseline performance.
- Baseline performance for service owner is 60%.
- Max credits allowed to bank is 864.
#### Task
- Create query for alert at reasonable threshold
- Deploy alert rule to all service owner
#### Result
- Alert get triggered when cpu credit bank get low
- There is no way to directly mitigate alert - need to consider different vm sku if repeatedly get low bank
