This is regarding **Azure Platform Optimization – Governance Dashboard** epic
### Tasks
When running this pipeline it is creating too many issues(800+) at once which is quite cumbersome to process. So need to find a way to reduce the number as well as sorting them. Although we already have quite a few categories, these seems not enough.
