Description
### Description
Grafana is a bit restrictive when it comes to comparing Test Results over time.
We can do a small PoC to see if we can find a nicer alternative.
I am thinking we can probably deploy a simple API that accepts the [JSON Test Results](https://grafana.com/docs/k6/latest/results-output/end-of-test/custom-summary/) and stores it in a Bucket.
We can then create an application that parses multiple JSON Test Results and displays them in an easy to read format.

Research direction
Start by reviewing Grafana's JSON Test Results custom-summary format and the repository's existing performance and integration tests. Define the API, bucket storage, and comparison application scope before implementation; done means a working PoC can accept multiple results and display them over time.
