### Description of the bug
During startup we get an warning like:
06:59:40,351 |-WARN in net.logstash.logback.appender.LogstashTcpSocketAppender[stash] - Log destination [test-logs.eformidling.no/](http://test-logs.eformidling.no/):80: connection failed. java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out
This means that all logging to eformidling (central) will fail.
### Steps To Reproduce
Open logs for pod when deploying new version.
