Import Chip from DS


## Design
Access management uses the Chip component from DS. Should this be included into the altinn components library, we should consider if the styling matches the patterns in the new Altinn Portal.

Take a look at the Chip styling and decide if it is sufficient.
If not, create guidelines to the now look.

## Implementation
Following the design part of this task, the component should be added to the component library either with the new styling or out-of-the-box
