Research direction
The issue names PVC data backups, Velero, and ClickHouse but provides no file, test, or documentation entry point. Start by locating the repository's backup or storage documentation and checking how ClickHouse data consistency during Velero backups is addressed. Done means the supported restore behavior and any consistency precautions are documented; the issue has had no recent response.
