Remove hardcoded logic to decide to layout like a spawnable meetup contract if it's still there

As of 60239eb27c4514db8b3dc2308e2cfa7879e679de, the layout switches to the spawnable meetup contract's layout when an attribute called "building" is detected.

This is a (important!) placeholder issue, and will have to be move/replicated somewhere else. So cc @JamesSmartCell for now.
