Migrate from Realm

@oa-s @eviltofu ideas? where to? problems? Otherwise I'll write more at some point.

Alternatives:

A. sqlite
B. JSONs files
C. Continue to use Realm, but move all access into pod (we should do this anyway) and just push dumb objects across the boundary. If we pull all objects instead of relying on lazy loading from Realm, we might not hit the same bugs.
D. anything else?

Not something "proprietary". Might as well stick with Realm.
