Explore options using animation "as-is" from designer

Something like https://github.com/airbnb/lottie-ios (which supports After Effect among other things):

Ideally something that is:

* low maintenance in terms of code
* designer can do an export (similar to exporting a video) which is efficient and renders consistently in the app, effectively like a gif/movie, not affecting the other parts of the UI
* which has an Android version (lottie does)
