Unable to split a LP from JetSwap on Iphone 12.

The user has successfully created a liquidity pair on JetSwap and staked on Adamant.finance via Chrome, confirming in AlphaWallet. Thats on Polygon.
After unstaking he is stuck on this screen:

Clicking the confirmation button doesnt send a request to AlphaWallet. Can this issue originate from AphaWallet?
I have tested on my Galaxy s10 and iPhone 6e and it works perfectly fine. The only unusual thung is that JetSwap allows me to have 2 separate WalletConnect sessions (see below, note the difference i the name - capital S).
Can we replicate on an iPhone12?
