**Describe the bug**
Check if the signpersonalmessage has displayable text.

**Steps to reproduce (REQUIRED)**
Sign a personal message with text, eg on the Alchemy app click on 'Sign Offer' and use '@issacazimov' as the identifier.

Next, pick the offer and then look at the sign request.
