Support various address formats for different chains

I see in one of your latest code refactor [here](https://github.com/AlphaWallet/alpha-wallet-ios/commit/8166acabf686c052bca0fa485a7773feae2016cc), you removed the RPCServer from a few components. The thing is, we now use that to determine which chain the user's on, and showing the address format accordingly. I'm wondering if there's another way to get the current chain info without having to pass along RPCServer.
