Description
Referring to the text in #2360:
* "Fees are based..."
* "You set a really high..."
1. They mentioned that gasnow.org is a price oracle which it isn't since it's not/can't be used on-chain.
2. "Fee" should be "Price" instead. We could warn about potentially high gas fees too (we currently only block those transactions), so "price" and "fee" has to be differentiated here.
