Ether balance not reduced by pending transaction

## Expected

In the "Wallet" Ether balance should be **37.413** because 53.5264-16.1134

Although the pending transaction is not yet confirmed, it's not possible to take it back. Also, the users are from online banking background they expect balance to reduce with pending tx **knowing** if the tx failed and balance might return.
