Improve the clarity of pending transaction screen

Description

from user feedback. In the user's case, he sent a screenshot, which shows a gas limit of

0.001633706*10^18 / 3.62*10^9 = 451300000000000000000000

But he has no way of learning that (the above calculation is done by me) - Victor provided a formula to explain that.
