More persons for Personalia.md

Currently the document doc/Personalia.md is rather bare. It's not meant to be an exhaustive list, but at the very least, it ought to contain:

* People who've had chess openings or defenses named after them (there might be about twenty of these)
* Previous and current world chess champions (at least cover Fischer to Carlsen)
* People who've made very important contributions to the advancement of computer chess programs

Sort the people by last name but write their names first middle last unless their names would be written last first without a comma in between on their birth certificate (e.g., Hungarians). Write a sentence or two explaining their importance (e.g., "chess champion who helped program Stockfish").

Follow the format for the people already listed. Try to observe the 80-column width.

I think this is a good "non-code" issue for Hacktoberfest. Your pull request may have more than one commit, but should not affect any file other than Personalia.md.
