Runs scored on wildpitch are not correctly processed

In linked game two runs happened on wild-pitch, they are correctly scored as "earned", but the evaluation engine doesn't notice that, because the information appears not in the "playorder" play, but in the "playorder + 1" - for wildpitch (and presumably passedballs and steals).
