Implement copylightText field.
But now, the field is always "NOASSERTION"
- Add copylightTEXT attribute in Package model
- Implement each collector class to get copylight text (but It is OK the text is empty string (= "") )
- Implement formatter for each model class. if the field is "", then output "NOASSERTION"
