Allow for counter input tasks to be created in NiDAQ

The nidaq driver only expects co, ao, and do tasks. Allowing input tasks would be useful

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Architect current functions to allow task type 'ai', 'di', and 'ci' and supply correct setup

**Acceptance Criteria**

- [ ] allow task type 'ai', 'di', and 'ci' in add_task
- [ ] provision a task that correctly sets up input task
- [ ] correctly parse and apply input task in add_task function
