Ensure all operator prompts exist in launcher

Now that the slap2 experiment metadata is finalized, we should make sure that all necessary operator prompts exist and unnecessary operator prompts are removed.

I think the fields used in the [launcher_metadata_editor](https://github.com/AllenNeuralDynamics/slap2_processing/blob/main/src/launcher_metadata_editor.py) are a good place to start, as these are all the parameters that were needed to backfill old sessions. Some of these parameters likely do not need to exist as launcher prompts though (i.e. camera settings and stimulus settings should just directly be in the param pack), so we should just make sure that that information is in the correct place in the parameters without needing to prompt the operator.
