The template PCBA layout is directly pasted from the [lickety-split](https://github.com/AllenNeuralDynamics/harp.device.lickety-split) repo and needs to be simplified to be more useful as a starting point.
We should explore if this design is better suited to being integrated in as a "hardware block," a new KiCAD 9 feature.
