Beschreibung
The schematic dedicates a GPIO pin to indicate whether the TTL connections are in passthrough mode (i.e: controlled by the external pins) or software mode (i.e: controlled by Harp).
We need to be able to detect the external state of the board and indicate it via a Harp register or event.
