Support aliases for scope identifiers for friendly names

For instance, hostname (W10DT0001) isn't a very memorable name for a computer, and that computer definitely has a better name like FRG-4C or Room 1234 or something. Ficus should be able to store mappings from scope identifiers to friendly names (potentially more than one, as computers can go by multiple things), and use those to look up configs, and in the ui when editing them.
