Description
More info to follow, but when we exit "live" mode, we want to leave all sensitive hardware (esp the lasers) in a known (powered down) state.
More info in the Mesospim repo in [this issue](https://github.com/AllenNeuralDynamics/mesospim-prime/issues/36) and [these lines of code](https://github.com/AllenNeuralDynamics/mesospim-prime/pull/45/files#diff-4ad305fce4e0151763b0cf2ca28876189cdb58436669970f2a8e2ec6b8a64a33R108) in the "stop" function.
