Move out generic classes so they can be imported

This library is pretty specific to dynamic-foraging. There are some classes defined in the architecture [here](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/AllenNeuralDynamics/aind-software-docs/342c974c501aedfa813f6621f82ca01dc43ed498/docs/source/diagrams/dynamic_foraging/low_level/dynamic-foraging-low-level-processing.svg) such as the `BaseQC` that are more generic and are probably better served in another repo.
