**Describe the bug**
`def get_neuropil_traces( )` not returning the correct trace.
'FC' from neuropil_correction_h5 is "corrected fluorescence", not "neuropil trace".
Also, the pipeline does not have 'RMSE' any more.
**Expected behavior**
COMB should have a separate functions and properties for `neuropil correction` and `neuropil traces`.
It will be helpful to have neuropil_traces.h5 in file_paths.
