Add "start" time to Nextflow trace file configuration

I think the Groovy configuration for the Nextflow trace file should look something like this:

trace {
enabled = true
file = 'trace.txt'
fields = 'task_id,name,status,submit,start,complete,duration,realtime'
}

Bottom line, all I want you to do is add the "start" field so I can tell when a capsule started (not just when it was submitted). Please leave the submitted, duration, and realtime fields. This will enable me to essentially recreate the timeline chart myself, which I cannot do without the start time.
