Descrição
Currently, we are waiting on Jeff to update the microscope software to generate flat-fields that will be used to correct shadows in the cloud. If these flats are not found, we will compute the retrospective approach to estimate the flat fields and dark fields. Also, linking [this](https://github.com/AllenNeuralDynamics/aind-smartspim-stitch/issues/31) issue here.
