説明
The current pipeline uses ad-hoc code for ANTs image read/write. This makes it difficult to re-use CCF transforms. aind_zarr_utils contains robust code for these operations. Switching the pipeline to use this package, as well as removing arbitrary scaling/origin parameters, will make it easier to work with resulting data.
