It appears that https://github.com/AllenNeuralDynamics/aind-exaSPIM-pipeline-utils/blob/main/src/aind_exaspim_pipeline_utils/imagej_wrapper.py calls whatever local ImageJ installation the user has installed, irrespective of whether the required plugins are installed and whether the hardcoded macros are still valid for those plugin versions.
It would be useful to either install the correct Fiji dependencies as part of the build process and point to those in the script, or to document which versions of BigStitcher/Fiji are compatible with these scripts
