Machine readable NextFlow logs?

I'm looking to make a common issues table for https://dandi-compute.github.io/aind-page/ to make it easier to know what to prioritize in terms of fixes

While I can attempt to parse raw text from the log files for this purpose, it might be easier if NextFlow/SpikeInterface had a more machine-readable format style for error catching, such as JSON/YAML/etc.

When run with `--json` flag can produce output like: https://github.com/bids-dandisets/001371/blob/draft/derivatives/validations/bids_validation.json

Instead of the default human-readable text: https://github.com/bids-dandisets/001371/blob/draft/derivatives/validations/bids_validation.txt
