Make a plot that shows how the automatic lick spout system was working

Create a plot that shows lickspout position, side basis, and auto rewards. Annotate on top of it the decision points for the automatic lick spout. This will help us optimize the lickspout system. Its not totally clear to me if there is any state of the system that can't be reconstructed, or if we need to log more details from the system

Some hyperparameters are only available in the `behavior_operational_control_model_....json`
