Description
When you specify node_id for current_clamp, it actually clamps node_id-1, not node_id

Research direction
Start by reproducing the current_clamp behavior with a specified node_id, then trace the implementation to find where the stimulation node is selected. Done means current_clamp operates on the requested node_id rather than node_id-1, with a regression test covering the mismatch.
