Description
In some cases we would like to warn the user only.
But this is currently not possible.
- Add SFH_WARN() function
- Revise GUI to also show warnings, then tackle also https://github.com/AllenInstitute/MIES/issues/1624
- Rate-limit warnings
- Store warnings and errors in results wave
- Add convenience wrapper in ForeignFunctionInterface to execute SF code and return warnings and errors
- Warn when an explicitly requested epoch for
epochsdoes not exist

Research direction
Start by tracing how SF code currently reports errors, then map the requested SFH_WARN() function through the GUI and results wave handling. Review the ForeignFunctionInterface entry point and the epochs lookup path; done means warnings are displayed, rate-limited, stored with errors, returned by the wrapper, and emitted for missing explicitly requested epochs.
