Description

Behavior movies are tracked in LIMS as well known files with type "RawBehaviorTrackingVideo". Need to make these paths accessible in the metadata attached to Ophys session objects. Perhaps using something like the BehaviorOphysLimsApi .

Research direction

Locate BehaviorOphysLimsApi and the code that constructs metadata for ophys session objects. Trace how LIMS well-known files are queried, focusing on files with type "RawBehaviorTrackingVideo". Done means those behavior movie paths are accessible from the session metadata, with coverage for the new metadata.
