Description

We need to add another human taxonomy comparison table between cross areal and whole human brain to ideally see how these clusters translate between studies

We also should add a spatial view of the whole human brain (e.g., anatomic dissection vs. cell types), to parallel what is available in mouse whole brain.

Research direction

No files, tests, datasets, or entry points are identified in the issue. First inspect the R Shiny app structure and existing mouse whole-brain annotation tables and spatial views, then clarify the human taxonomy sources, cluster mappings, and spatial data required. Done should include the additional comparison table and a human whole-brain spatial view matching the existing mouse presentation.
